Another Great Workout   May 6th, 2009

I’ve got another workout to add to your routine. This workout is a basic boxing workout on a heavy bag that anyone can do. It’s not about boxing like Ali, but about adding variety to your workout. Boxing on heavy bag is a great way for you to get stronger and faster as you get older. I’ll be 52 this October, and who says you can’t get stronger and faster over 40 years old (let alone for any age)?

Check out some of the fun the karate kids from our Summer Boot Camp from years ago are having in these pics. Check out Mr. Yoshizumi and young he looks. Make sure to register for the martial arts Boot Camps this year. Remember, you’ll receive a Family Discount with more than person registering and also a discount for doing both camps.

You can increase the difficulty level and length of intervals. In any case, use the interval training to mix up your martial arts classes. It’s also great for parents to do with their kids, especially with the warm weather finally La Crosse.
